rest of life. Eye am now experiencing this wonderful dynamic state of consciousness of myself and the rest of life as one breathing, pulsating, fantastic on going celebration. Eye have shifted from a shallow breathing practice to my present conscious deep breathing life style which is blissful to say the least. </h1><h1>Eye am now able to see how shallow breathing cuts me off from my true spiritual roots and that conscious deep breathing reconnects me with life from within.</h1><h1>&nbsp;Eye now see how all of life is one dynamic all inclusive breathing organism with room for all of us.&nbsp; </h1><h1>My most important change however is in seeing that my present is anchored in my breath and that as eye live one conscious deep breath at a time eye am truly fulfilled. Lots of concerns for the future and how it is supposed to pan out no longer interest me. The more eye sing and enjoy it the more joyful eye feel all over. When eye surrender to my breath in this easy manner everything else in my life is becoming easier and easier. Our inner feelings, thoughts, moods,&nbsp; spiritual emotional states and actions translate into our outer weather conditions and physical situations.&nbsp; </h1><h1>Our challenge is really one of becoming conscious of our true nature and the ranges of our limitless potentials.&nbsp; We truly need to awaken to our status of the divine/humans that we are and to the facts that we are creators of our worlds and our experiences. As soon as we awaken and begin to take full responsibility for our feelings, thoughts and actions we will also become the self and world managers we are all intended to become in time. </h1><h1>The real issue now is that of developing our latent skills by learning how to breathe consciously and deeply in order to expand on all levels of our physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Through these expansions we will be able to feel and see and take responsibility for who we are and what we are doing with our lives consciously. Since eye have come to accept myself as my breath, my breath has become my center of gravity which anchors my consciousness very deliberately and joyfully. </h1><h1>Eye have also accepted myself as my own spirit which is breatinng, pulsating, creating, feeling, imagining, and morphing into full consciousness of myself as spirit.</h1><h1>My current dynamic sense of identity banishes confusion from my mind and anchors me in my larger all inclusive universe which also is spirit, breathing. pulsating, creating, feeling, imagining, and morphing into full consciousness of itself as you, me and the rest of life. </h1><h1>Within this context eye have limitless room for abundant creativity and the freedom to explore and express myself consciously and in my best interest at all times,&nbsp; with the full support of the rest of life. </h1><h1>In my mind confusion is the result of not having the self management skills which we all need in order to function in this world. In my book &quot;THE PRACTICE&quot; eye share the eight steps which have delivered me from the world of confusion and dysfuntionality so wide spread today.
