You and eye are by far the greatest treasures ever to be found,
Any where our imagination can fathom above or below ground,
For we are priceless and indeed more precious than silver or gold,
Needing only to accept ourselves completely and our value untold.....

You and eye are the breathing pulsating souls of our whole world,
Creating and recreating ourselves consciously by choice to unfurl,
Through the various experiences which are all helping us to grow,
Into full knowledge of ourselves as human angels in life's eternal flow....

Eye truly do not miss anyone or anything any more because eye feel connected to and with the rest of life constantly through my conscious deep breathing practice. With every conscious deep breath that eye take eye connect with any one who comes to mind completely through and with that breath.
 It is truly a great feeling because eye can summon up any one who eye wish to experience in the here and now with every conscious deep breath that eye take.
What eye feel that we are missing most of the times is the shallow breathing effect of feeling that we are disconnected from one another. When we think we are missing others let us connect with them through our conscious deep breathing practices.
Try it next time you feel that you are missing any one, place or thing. Simply take a conscious deep breath and accept that they are your breath instead of a distant image far away. Keep practicing until in time you will feel and see that we are all just a breath away from one another.
You are bound to feel closer to yourself and connected with every one esle from now on with this truly effective way of satisfying your perceived need for missing ones.
You and eye are never alone as long as we are breathing consciously and deeply and feeling our natural connections with the rest of life made possible and sustained through our breath...

Eye Breath feed myself. Eye breath feed myself until eye feel full and satisfied with myself. Eye take conscious deep breaths and enjoy them. Shallow breathing is the source of all tensions and stresses. Switch from shallow breathing to conscious deep breathing and feel the difference immediately. With every conscious deep breath that you take you will feel reconnected to your divine sacred center and you will experience your inner joyfulness which is your natural state of being.

All anxieties, tensions, stresses, headaches, worries and fearfulness are the children of shallow breathing. In the mean time all inner peace, joyfulness, happiness, true warmth and love spring from conscious deep breathing. The next time you notice that you are taking shallow breaths just simply breathe deeper and all of your fearsome stresses will disappear. You will then never ever go back to shallow breathing as a way of life. Love yourself by breath feeding yourself consciously from now on. Have fun because your breath is truly your source of joy, happiness and inner peace.
