Eye feel my responsibility is to know and accept myself completely. It is to grasp my self as spirit breathing and morphing into all of my mental, emotional, and physical experiences consciously here and now. It is to accept my life as the all inclusive process that it is. It is to see, feel, hear, smell and taste and accept this delightful reality of life as what eye am here to celebrate. It is to accept and play with everyone and everything that comes my way as their own significant aspect of myself with their own rights and responsibilities for themselves.

Ultimately my responsibility is to perfect my life with my conscious deep breathing practice by paying full attention always to how eye utilize it to fulfill myself. It is seeing my breath as my main source of capital and my means for living a healthy happy life.
