Eye have come to accept myself as spirit breathing consciously in manifesting my physical world from within. This knowing teaches me to depend on my inner supports for all of my strength and security at all times. For me Independence means looking inwards to my spirit and accepting my breath unconditionally as my center of gravity, balance and dependable resource base. Eye have come to see that directing my consciousness to look within takes a lot of practice. Eye have also come to realize that it takes even more practice to trust my inner self completely for all of my needs.

My 4th "R" or Reverence for life program begins with conscious deep breathing which directs my consciousness to trust my inner spirit and breath for my life at all times. Eye have developed and turned this practice into my skill for establishing and maintaining my true dependence upon my innerness.

Eye am finally seeing that because my independence is so vital to my spiritual, emotional, and  physical well being it is therefore my full responsibility to maintain it fearlessly.

This is truly a timely question because we are all searching for that magic wand that will give us inner peace and make our lives complete. In my case eye have accepted myself as who eye am searching for and the only thing that eye need to find. Accepting myself completely gives me the deepest and most fulfilling sense of satisfaction that eye experience daily. Next to accepting myself completely eye have also accepted the rest of life unconditionally. This liberating practice frees me from the need to judge others and its burdensome consequences of  being saddled with a guilty conscience.

Eye have found that our educational systems should teach all students coming into their care the skill which eye call the 4th "R". This 4th "R" which is Reverence for self and the rest of life shows each one that they are the center of the universe. It places the individual as the most valuable expression in life, and makes knowing self the highest possible attainment by anyone. Accepting self is the only action that puts an end to all futile searches for external  symbols to which we so often look for stability.

It is my practice of conscious deep breathing which helps me to find myself anew with every conscious deep breath that eye take. It also helps me to see that my breath is truly the sum total of who eye am. By accepting myself as my breath, my God, my meat and drink eye find all that eye truly am. Loving myself is all that eye now need to do and this becomes easy as eye do it one conscious deep breath at a time.

Your passion and mine is so absolutely sparkling divine and sublime,

That to embrace it fully is also to accept how perfectly we stand in time,

And all that we need to do is to develop those self and life affirming skills,

Which enable us to create only experiences that satisfy us with their thrills....
