Eye am discovering that eye am all of me that is morphing from my breath into all of what eye am physically sensing and experiencing. Eye am also seeing and feeling that accepting myself completely and the rest of life unconditionally is the most productive path to take.

The more closely eye observe myself the more clearly eye see that all of my aspects are me. Rejecting any of my experiences of myself is truly an exercise in futility. Eye am truly now going through the exciting stages of seeing that eye am one with all of life whether eye accept or reject it, and that all of my experiences come to show me who eye truly am.

The extent to which eye am able to accept every experience that comes to me is the extent to which eye am able to feel good inside and out.

Eye now make it my business to observe and accept all of myself no matter how alien it might appear to be at first sight. Eye am truly everything that eye am experiencing and the more fully eye accept myself as my experiences the more fulfilled eye become.

Shallow breathing is the the greatest contributor to our sense of self rejection but conscious deep breathing brings us back into complete oneness with all of who and what we are. The more we practice and perfect our conscious deep breathing skills the clearer we will see that there is no difference between what we think we are and what we experience as ourselves.

This is the ripest most opportune time of our lives to break free and soar,

Above and beyond all limitations into our states of sovereignness so sure,

That we will always feel that true sense of belonging which inspires us all,

Since eye accepted my "BREATH OR SPIRIT" as the foundation of my life eye have never ever felt more secure and complete. Eye now feel my breath as being all of what eye am. The summary of my physical body mass is my breath and with every conscious deep breath that eye take eye feel my complete self. Eye do not feel anything beyond or deeper than my breath which eye can account for.

My body and senses of sight, smell, hearing, taste, touch  thoughts and memories which eye have developed as my vehicles for expressing and experiencing myself, are the layers supported by my Breath or Spirit.

The more eye feel and accept my breath as my foundation and myself as my breath the less eye feel that there is anything to me deeper than my breath.Eye truly feel that eye am my breath and that that is truly all of who and what eye am.

This makes it easy for me to realize that the only thing in life that eye need to pay attention to at all times is my breath. It enables me also to see that my thoughts and emotions run off my breath and that by breathing upon them eye am able to quiet and satisfy them.

Trust your breath because it alone is trust worthy and is also the deepest foundation of your being. Truly there is nothing deeper in any one of us than our "BREATH OR SPIRIT". Explore this for yourself and share your findings. 

Choose happiness as your constant companion and dearest friend today,

Because from the beauty of your eyes and warmth of your heart love grows

As nurturing currents and food for everyone and everything into whom it flows...
