There is absolutely no secret to who and what eye am. Eye am my Breath morphing into my blood, bones, body, brains, being, beliefs, feelings, emotions, sense of belonging to both myself and the rest of life, as well as my limitless potentials of
 spirit, mind, body and soul.
Eye am the matrix or culture into which eye have been born as well as the conscious contributions which eye have made towards the maintenance and current ownership of this matrix. Eye am what eye am tasting, smelling, seeing, hearing, touching feeling and experiencing as myself and my world. 
Eye am all of what eye am knowing in the here and now as my living organic breathing  world.The extent to which eye have accepted myself as my breath, is also the extent to which the rest of the universe which is made of the very same stuff as my breath is also accepting me as its own breathing form,  and substance.
Eye am truly as transparent as the air eye breathe, the water eye drink, the minerals, fruits and vegetables of the earth which eye consume, and the fire which warms my body. Eye am indeed what eye am conscious of as well as what eye am instinctively aware of as the product of my elements. Eye feel myself as spirit at play in clay living one conscious deep breath at a time as a divine human forever.  

Let us blow our own horns and dance to our own music today,
As we relish every conscious deep breath that we take to play,
Our part in this most wonderful game that we have as our life,
In the knowledge that inner love is our mastery over outer worry and strife...

Self praise is by far the best recommendation any one can find,
When it is supported from within by our spirit, body, soul and mind,

Credence to what say we already are and real integrity to how we live.....

Our limitless potentials to express and experience how we ebb and flow........

To my mind the real truth about everyone is naturally the same ingredients. We are all personalized elements of the same common spirit, air, water, fire and earth vibrations. Every one is their own limitless potentials expressing the same common ingredients in their own peculiar way.
My need is really to stay open to the creative and dynamic ways in which the person next to me is choosing to express him or herself. To appreciate their uniqueness and to allow them to be themselves. It is as eye reach that level of maturity that enables me to accept full responsibility for my own actions that eye will also be able to appreciate other people's rights to be themselves completely.
 The more eye practice and perfect my conscious deep breathing skills the easier it becomes for me to appreciate the person next to me as extensions of myself. This is because eye am able to accept them as my own breath expressing as and through a different body.
In the ultimate mix, eye accept that we are all the same spirit morphing into all  physical expressions just for the experiences of being, and that all apparent differences are the special effects which add spice to our lives. Eye feel that everyone next to me is always another version of myself reflecting who eye truly am in substance as well as value.
My biggest challenge is always to trust our mutual wholeness and not to expect others to behave in my pre-conceived manners.

Begin to playfully breathe more consciously and deeply than ever before,
On everyone and everything that comes by or wishes to enter your door,
For every conscious deep breath that you take brings guarantees to secure,
You and your circumstances with all that heaven and earth have in store......

No matter how challenging or difficult our situations or tasks may appear to be,
Breathing deeply and consciously upon them will resolve them and set you free,
And open our eyes and ears to see and hear and experience that what is real,
Is our breath, and that it is truly the only power we have to trust and deeply feel.....

For as the sovereign being who you are with freedom of choice to say and do,

If the elements of air, fire, water, and earth that we can feel, see, hear, touch, smell taste and experience consciously, constitute the simple things in life, then indeed we can accept that they together fully support aliveness in every shape and form. 
It is also very clear that my personal levels and quality of aliveness is determined by how much attention eye pay to them as eye celebrate them as my very own organic properties.
The whole universe is the dynamic interplay of its basic or simple elements. The grandness of our cosmos is the result of the relationships between simple or uncomplicated  interactions. Playful children say it all. Happiness is its fruits. It does seem that simplicity and wellness are inseparable twins.Simplicity is truly the way of life for things that are self and life affirming.

Love, joy, inner peace, happiness, self confidence, health, abundance, perpetual courage all flow from the fountain hea of simplicity..

While playfully renewing every cell as our spirit, body, soul and mind,

As it inspires us to celebrate our oneness with the rest of human kind.....

My consciousness of my "BREATH" as my true and living reality is my greatest source of satisfaction. My awakening to the fact that my breath or spirit is my eternal source is what gives me even deeper levels of fulfilling inner peace and more satisfaction.To realize that my whole universe is my breath and that my breath is what enables me to feel how eye am experiencing the rest of my universe is also a rich source of satisfaction .To see, feel and know that eye am the limitless potentials of life with the freedom of choice to express and experience myself as my world is another priceless form of satisfaction.

My greatest satisfaction however comes from my fellowship with all of my Gaia family and community, as we share our thoughts and insightful feelings in our process of changing ourselves and our world. There is so much satisfaction flowing and sweeping me along in its path as eye become more and more comfortable with the rest of our community and the deep sense of belonging which we have among ourselves.

My whole life is now my practice of accepting myself completely and the rest of life unconditionally because that is my own proven recipe for sustainable satisfaction.

Conscious deep breathing is truly the real guarantee of my uttermost satisfaction and eye invite you to try it for yourself.

The corner stone securing my satisfaction base however is in realizing that eye cannot outsource responsibility for my satisfaction to any one outside of myself.
