Through my Conscious deep breathing practice and trusting my breath implicitly as my God, my life and my living reality. As eye have come to see my breath as my only reality and realize that conscious deep breathing is a skill which eye should perfect through constant practice, my whole life has become easier and more joyful in every way.

The first and most important thing that my conscious deep breath does for me is to satisfy my deepest  longings. It fills me with a pure and limitless sense of belonging to myself and the rest of life. It eliminates anxieties and sense of scarcity about things and anchors my consciousness in the abundance of life from within. It disolves all fears and feelings of self doubts and reminds me that eye am eternally at one with all of creation.

The best thing that every "Conscious Deep Breath" does with and for me is to open my inner eyes and reveal to me that the real kingdom of heaven is within me always. It also shows me that all of my illusions and fears about life are shallow breathing products which all disappear with the next series of conscious deep breaths that eye take and direct towards them. 

Eye encourage every one who wants to have a happy heart, to switch from shallow breathing to a practice of conscious deep breathing. Eye also guarantee you that your heart will become happy the moment you start, and that your happiness  will continue to increase as long as you practice and perfect your conscious deep breathing skills.
