This is truly a fun question because in truth we do not really need to search for anything that we already have inside of us. What we need to do is to accept it as ourselves and trust it as ourselves completely.
What is inside of ourselves is our Spirit morphing into our breath,our blood, our bones, our bodies, our vital organs, our beings, our beliefs, our behavours, our sense of belonging, our benefits in living and our potentials for expressing, exploring, and experiencing ourselves. This is where eye feel the benefits of conscious deep breathing and trusting my breath, as my God, my life and my all. It is now very clear to me, that as eye practice and perfect my conscious deep breathing skills, and learn to trust my self completely, eye will have located that every thing that eye need for living blissfully is inside me already.My only real task now is in realizing that life is this simple and that eye can experience all of its joys  by trusting what is inside of me already, instead of second guessing myself and searching outside of myself for anything else..
