We are co-creators of our climates and our environments and all of our experiences are really indicators of how we are treating ourselves. Our inner feelings, thoughts, moods,  spiritual emotional states and actions translate into our outer weather conditions and physical situations. 

Our challenge is really one of becoming conscious of our true nature and the ranges of our limitless potentials.  We truly need to awaken to our status of the divine/humans that we are and to the facts that we are creators of our worlds and our experiences. As soon as we awaken and begin to take full responsibility for our feelings, thoughts and actions we will also become the self and world managers we are all intended to become in time.

The real issue now is that of developing our latent skills by learning how to breathe consciously and deeply in order to expand on all levels of our physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Through these expansions we will be able to feel and see and take responsibility for who we are and what we are doing with our lives consciously. Climate and weather conditions will then be seen in their proper perspectives as we assume resp[onsibility for all, as aspects of ourselves.
