Yes indeed, my self and world view have now merged into a deep sense of oneness with all of us and the rest of life. Eye am now experiencing this wonderful dynamic state of consciousness of myself and the rest of life as one breathing, pulsating, fantastic on going celebration. Eye have shifted from a shallow breathing practice to my present conscious deep breathing life style which is blissful to say the least.

Eye am now able to see how shallow breathing cuts me off from my true spiritual roots and that conscious deep breathing reconnects me with life from within.

 Eye now see how all of life is one dynamic all inclusive breathing organism with room for all of us. 

My most important change however is in seeing that my present is anchored in my breath and that as eye live one conscious deep breath at a time eye am truly fulfilled. Lots of concerns for the future and how it is supposed to pan out no longer interest me. Concerns about heaven, hell and after life politics have fallen by the wayside.    Eye now live in the present and am secured and renewed by my family and Gaia community ties.  My experiences of life as eye enjoy it one conscious deep breath at a time is a far cry from a few years ago when eye was focussed on the outside world and its problems..
