Conscious deep breathing is my most constant ritual. It is indeed more than a mere ritual It is my self and life affirming practice. Through conscious deep breathing eye am able to feel, see, taste and know myself as my own sovereign universe of absolute abundance. It opens my mind and enables me to feel that sense of belonging to myself and the rest of the universe which secures me from within. It is that practice which feeds every cell in my body and fuels my brains to function much more efficiently than when eye had a shallow breathing ritual or practice.
This is a ritual or practice which eye would encourage everyone reading this message to adopt. As soon as you start you will notice the difference. Breathe consciously and deeply at first just for the fun of it. Then make it your habit to breathe consciously and deeply on your thoughts and feelings just for the fun of it. Continue to breathe consciously and deeply upon all of your problems and anxieties as soon as they come into your field of awareness. Breathe upon your loved ones and your perceived enemies just for the fun of it as well. As you practice this ritual until it becomes your first nature you will also experience the greatest sense of belonging and well being that you could hope for or imagine. Try it and share your experiences with others. This indeed is the ritual which will guarantee our success in changing our world from one of violence into one of true reverence for ourselves and the rest of life one conscious deep breath at a time.
