You and eye and the rest of our universe are already what is next,

Scripting how we see ourselves in every mundane and sacred text,

In various efforts to express and grasp the magnititude of our beings,

Which only end when we accept ourselves as our breath and feelings....

Burst forth into the most joyful state that you can imagine now,

By taking the tenderest conscious deep breath and feeling how,

That it is your breath as your God who gives you all of who you are,

And celebrates you and yours as its living most wonderful earthly star....

The light which signifies the day was once hidden by dark clouds  of grey,
The gold which glitters bright and gay was once covered by mud and clay,
Even so we all are now being shaped and fashioned by day and by night.
To like the gold and noble light burst forth to shine for ever bold and bright....

Speak out for yourself and let your voice be heard by all who seek your wisdom,

Proclaim all of those truths upon which you have built your innermost kingdom,

For you are already every heavenly and earthly thing that you will ever need to be,

Awaiting your full awakening with vision and eyes your grandness to fully see....

Wrap your consciousness around your breath and breathe as easily and as playfully as you choose,
Embrace yourself and the rest of the universe as team-mates with all to gain and nothing to lose,
For you are a child of your universe and your humanity is guaranteed inner peace and security,
And as long as you live life is yours to passionately enjoy here in time and through out eternity..... 

Trust in yourself with all of your heart and soul and mind right now,
As you seal your life  with conscious deep breathing as your sovereign vow,
For you are the captain of your ship and the master of your fate,
Choosing how your life unfolds with every thought and move you make.... 

It is much more our breath than our self-images that is our reality and our life,
And its is conscious deep breathing and zero worrying that frees us from strife,
For our breath is already everything that we are and have the potentials to be,
Always open to our passionate choices and will to create what we feel and see....

Take a conscious deep breath now and know that it what you are truly worth,
Feel it as your divine inheritance guaranteeing your full security and girth,
For you are the "Big Bang" now experiencing yourself as the Living breath,
Which is the source of your life, your personal width, your height and depth....

You and eye and the rest of the universe are breathing together right now,
We are expressing, exploring and experiencing ourselves and feeling how,
Our lives intertwine and mix and match to weave everything that we share,
As this awesome most glorious reality of ourselves truly beyond compare......

EYE truly have everything that eye could ever want already.In fact eye feel that you do also. As eye look into myself and take stock of what eye have eye find the following to be my list of properties; Eye start with my breath and realise that that is all eye really need to clearly have all that the world can offer me.
Now  from the perspective that my breath comes with the rest of life the only thing that eye could want is a grateful heart and an appreciative spirit. Eye want to love myself and the rest of life including all of my Gaia community members as passionately an as unconditionally as eye love my breah. Eye want to spend every breath that eye breathe in a loving and lifeaffirming way. Eye want to celebrate living on earth as an opportunity to express, explore and experience myself and all of my potentials as fully as possible. 
Finally eye want to recognize that life is eternal and that you and eye and everyone else will discover that we are all expressions of the same everlasting breath. That we will all come to trust ourselves as our breath and learn how to breathe consciously and deeply at all times.That we will all accept ourselves as love incarnate and feel, see and understand that our world is intentionally playful and that we are all play-mates forever.

We are heavenly pleasure centers and every earthly passion fruit,
Here to realize that we are already nature's fountain of eternal youth,
And to explore all of our grandness by taking our rightful place,
As co-creators with our divinity of humanity's true glory and grace.....  

What you and eye practice we have already become and will see,
In every direction we look and as every experience we freely decree,
So take a conscious deep breath now and allow it to fill your mind
With thoughts and feelings that uplift yourself and all human kind..........
 

Eye would like to learn how to wrap my consciousness around your breath and mine and fill it with all of my love. Eye would like to feel and know that we are all awakening and accepting our divinity as our eternal and most prized possessions. Eye would like to reach into every heart,and soul, and mind in our universe and breath consciously and deeply with  all of us until we all come together in a cosmic  experience of complete and unconditional oneness.
Eye would like to learn today that we have all been transported in consciousness to new and exciting states of being. States in which we can see and hear and fully grasp that we are all sovereign beings, and that we are here on earth only to learn how to express, explore and experience our grandness in every way
Finally eye would like to learn how to live one conscious deep breath at a time as eye accept that every one else is also travelling their own paths at their own pace.In truth eye would like to learn how to accept that we are all here as Gods learning how to be humans. That we are all divine humans learning how to live exciting, passionate lives, and that we are doing a very good job at it. Eye would also like to learn that this whole earthly experience is the "INTENTIONALLY PLAYFUL" enterprise that it is, and that we all are creating it by choice primarily for the fun of it, no matter how else it might look or sound. Also that in the end we have no judgements to face, no guilt to face, no hell to experience and no shame, blame or condemnation to encounter because we have no need for anything else but love. 

Playful Puppies and rambunctious kittens remind us of what living is truly about,
As they unleash their boundless energies in expressions which clearly shout,
That playfulness is the natural way to build bones as well as to sharpen vital skills,
 Which later in life will all come to serve us to survive countless spills and thrills....  

In my experience of identifying my breath as my love substance and source eye have no difficulty. Because as long as eye accept myself completely, and the rest of life unconditionally eye feel fully loved. To my mind love is who and what we already are and that we only need to accept ourselves unconditionally to feel it.
As we learn to take one conscious deep breath at a time and realize that that is the full extent of true love, we will have no difficulty in experiencing true love. On the other hand if we project love to be something located somewhere outside of ourselves we will have great difficulty in locating it and even more difficulty pinning it down.
 Let us be bold enough to accept that we are already love, and that we will always be love from the inside. Let us also accept that the love that we already are needs to be shared in order for us to experience it. That then opens our hearts and eyes to the reality that we are all natural lovers and that the only difficulty we will ever have with love is one of managing how we share it with ourselves and others. 
Finally, as we accept our breath as our love souce, and ourselves as lovers at heart all of our difficulties surrounding love will disappear forever. We will then be able to see ourselves and the rest of life through loving self and life-affirming eyes. We will also see that love is something we already have within and only need to learn how to share wisely, not something we lack and must desperately seek without.    

Accept all of who you are completely and the rest of the world around you too,
And trust in yourself as completely as it is already trusting and sustaining you,
For unto you have all things been given along with freedom of choice to come or go,
As you learn how to master your circumstances which come and inspire you to grow

Anger to me is one of the results of shallow breathing and has no truly redeeming qualities. When we breathe shallow we do not supply ourselves with the appropriate amount of fuel or oxygen needed to accomplish what we set ourselves to do. This could be from what is needing for proccessing a simple thought, solving a complex problem or tackling a really difficult task. When we make demands of ourselves the first thing that we should always do it to make sure that we provide the means whereby those demands can be met effortlessly or at least free from stress. To me anger is a direct result from our inner communication break downs of making demands without ensuring the supply.

When we provide our brains with the fuel it needs to fulfill what we ask of ourselves it is hardly likely that we will ever experience anger or stressfulness. Anger to me is a form of rebellion or internal mutinity against our ignorance of how to treat ourselves reasonably. The next time you have something to do take some conscious deep breaths, direct them towards the issue and and see how easily it turns out. Whether it is in the course of resolving an apparent conflict, settling a long standing feud, or just having a passionate discussion the surest way to avert angry outbursts is always to breathe consciously and deeply.Take some conscious deep breaths and your energy will flow easily every time. Try it now and share your resulting experiences. Banish needless anger from your life permanently by switching from shallow breathing to conscious deep breathing.

Let us free our own personal worlds forever from anxiety, fear, head and heart aches stressfulness, anger, and most psychosomatic illnesses which are all the raving products of shallow breathing.  

You and eye are already the grandest human beings around,

Supported by eternal principles and elements pure and sound,

Free to express and explore ourselves and everything else in sight,

According to our desires to discover and practice what to us is right.......

The easiest nicest thing to do for yourself and the rest of the universe right now,

Is to take as many conscious deep breaths as would sweeten every true vow,

That you make to fully love, cherish, and appreciate your wonderful self today,

Through all of your actions and relationships whether you are at work or play....

The power and the glory of this moment are yours to use by choice,

So take a conscious deep breath and listen to your innermost voice,

Which knows you as fully as you will ever be known in heaven or on earth,

And now wills for you all of life's treasures and its great potentials for mirth...... 

Our hearts are already full and overflowing with passionate delight,

With every conscious deep breath that we take and accept its might,

As our fountain of abundance and freedoms to create our own ways,

One conscious deep breath at a time in celebration of our earthly days.....

Your realities and mine are flowing freely through our breath and feelings,

Blending our desires and thoughts along their way to complete our dealings,

And keep us anchored deep within when everyone without seems lost,

Because we know that we are the ones who are choosing and will also pay the cost.....

Your spiritual security and mine are eternally guaranteed today,

So trust this to be so through everything you feel do and say,

Because this is truly a season of delightful merriment and fun,

Calling us to celebrate ourselves as the way real living is done...

You and eye and the rest of life are comprehensively already so,

Expressing and exploring ourselves as we consciously grow,

Into the fullest self-knowledge possible while learning how to choose

Freely only those experiences which our true interests and security fuse...
