For your life runs on the fuel and feelings, and thoughts, that you you feed your body, soul and  mind,

Sounds might not readily disturb the deaf nor will colors calm the blind,

Yet mother nature knows just how to nurture and fully satisfy each mind,

And today she sees and understands what your deepest feelings are,

The secret that our BREATH is our greatest living treasure is clearly out,

We as our universe are one and the same breathing organism in form and substance,
Expressing as our fragrances, and sounds and images and textures in limitless abundance,
Feeling and breathing and experiencing ourselves by and through all current living things,
As co-creators of heaven and earth and the abundant supplies of joy each freely brings....   

It feels to me that spirit, or Gnost, or Breath is, was, and will always be our present reality. In that sense we as spirit have neither begining nor end. As we fully accept ourselves and the rest of the universe as our very own Spirit we will see that we have always been eternal beings. WE are truly here to become conscious that we have always been here and we will always be at one with our entire universe.
Our human journey is therefore one of developing self consciousness or the consciousness of ourselves as spirit. That means that we as spirit are timeless and ageless and all of our journeying is one of moving from states of complete ignorance of who we are into the fullest possible awareness of ourselves as divine eternal beings.
In my understanding Spirit is, was, and will always be our only reality  and when we  breathe consciously and deeply and feel it within ourselves as such, we will also see very clearly that we have always been and will always be spirit..
The issue seems more like when did we start our journey in developing our human consciousness. This we can explore, and trace and see when and how it began to dawn on us that we are spirit having human experiences. Our journey is truly one of  and developing our human understandings of our divine essence.

Eye am Spirit currently having six billion plus human experiences and more,
Evolving self consciousness tools and skills to personally clarify and explore,
My absolute abundance and limitless potentials in terms that all can feel and see,
That eye am the one playfully interacting with myself and re-affirming all selves as me...

Love yourself as passionately as you possibly can now and you will see,

That loving others will follow as naturally as honey flows from every bee,

That playfully moves from flower to flower giving and receiving along its way,

To hives of honey that clearly show how loving playfulness sweetens every day...

The awesomeness of our magical "BREATH" is ours to celebrate with all,

Eye am your breath and you are mine affirming the truth that we are already divine,

Its elements of air, fire, water and earth as us and the rest of creation to feel and see,

That we are all made of the same substance to experience our breath as our only reality....

Let us sharpen our self-appreciation skills by lavishing ourselves with loving care,

Let us fill our souls with pure and compassionate love which radiate good cheer,

As with every conscious deep breath that we take we celebrate ourselves as the way,

To live our lives in harmony and peace with ourselves and others this and every day....

Our Breath is our divinity and our humanity celebrating as one,

Expressing and exploring how living consciously is a lot of fun,

When we make conscious deep breathing our habit of choice,

And allow it to feed us with its abundant and nurturing voice.... 

EYE certainly do at this point in my life. For me, my purpose is to accept myself completely and the rest of the world unconditionally. It is seeing and accepting my breath as my God and simply having fun. It is sharing the wealth of knowing that we are our own sovereign universe of absolute abundance and limitless potential forever. It is to share the message of "AFFIRMATIONAL THEOLOGY" which proclaims that each one of us is our breath, and that we are all already perfect complete and whole in spirit, body mind and soul. Most of all to celebrate life as an intentionally playful process and regarding all of us as playmates. 
To share the practice of "Conscious deep breathing as the key to a healthy and balanced life styleand the only beneficial form of worship. To promote "Reverence for ourselves and the rest of life as nature's true and practical religion.
To share the principles of "Affirmational Psychology" which emphasises that complete self acceptance is the key to inner security, outer balance, and true harmony with the rest of life.
Finally to play my part along with the rest of our community who are working together to take full responsibility for how we live and for what we share with the rest of our world. My purpose is to have fun with you and trust that you do also.
