As I commented already on this beautiful , inspirational image on Your photo page…we are all conneceted ……through breathing.
I attended a seminar a few years ago at the university ……with David Suzuki, and I never forget we were in this huge auditorium and he said before we get out of here each and every atom , every molecule of air will have passed through each of us….the same atom. How profound, we never think of that!

I used to have this beautiful coin that said “SIMPLY BREATH” I carried it with me everywhere and would find myself reminded often to stop what I was doing and allow the breath to fill me with intention. Twenty times a day I would pause and feel blessed.
You have just done the same thing for me, and I thank you.
